Dental Billing and Insurance Specialist

On behalf of our client, RSMC is recruiting for an immediate need for Billing and Insurance Specialist in Kansas City, KS

Locations: State Avenue, Kansas City, KS
Compensation: $20-$25/hour, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities :
Proactively work on aging claims, including researching and appealing outstanding claims as needed.
Assist Billing Management with various tasks to ensure efficient collections and production boosting.
Accurately verify patient insurance coverage and benefits.
Patient Accounts: Manage and resolve account balances, send statements, and address patient inquiries regarding billing.
Check-in and check-out patients, contributing to a smooth patient flow.
Scheduling and Phone Support: Aid in scheduling patients and answering phone calls to boost production and maintain excellent patient service.

Qualifications :
Minimum 5 years of experience in dental claims processing and insurance verification.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Basic knowledge of dental billing and front office operations.
Bilingual Advantage: Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
