What You Will Do:- Responsible demolishing units per instructions from supervisor
- Cleans units and sites, when needed
- Loads and unloads materials and equipment.
- Builds and takes down scaffolding and temporary structures.
- Carries materials to trash or dump trailers
- Digs trenches, compacts earth and backfills holes.
- Operates and tends machinery and heavy equipment.
- Assists skilled tradespeople in their duties.
- Carries duties related to opening and closing the site
- Maintains site clean and orderly meeting sanitation standards
- Works in safe manner utilizing standard industry standards
- Reads and interprets safety and employment manuals and other work-related documents
- Assists in an entire team effort
- Complies and follows all safety regulations and maintaining clean and orderly facility
- Performs other duties as assigned
What You Will Bring - Ability to perform physical labor
- Possess basic knowledge of workplace safety procedures
- Must be highly motivated and able to work independently
- Ability to follow directions
- Must be organized and able to prioritize and multi-task
- Possess effective verbal and written communication skills
- Good reading skills, preferred.
