Position Title: Demolding Operator
Position Type: Full Time Direct Hire
Job Location: Stewartville, MN

Compensation: $16.00 to $20.00 per hour

Minnesota Medical Technologies is currently hiring for Demolding Operators. This position is responsible for safely removing products from molds, conducting visual inspections for quality assurance, completing batch record information accurately, and transferring the product to the next phase of production.

Responsibilities:

  • Safely remove products from molds following established procedures and safety guidelines.
  • Ensure careful handling to prevent damage or defects to the molds and products.
  • Conduct visual inspections of demolded products to identify any defects, irregularities, or imperfections.
  • Complete batch record information thoroughly and accurately, documenting key details such as production start and end times, quantities, and any observations or deviations.
  • Adhere to quality assurance protocols and standards to ensure that demolded products meet specified quality requirements.
  • Transfer demolded products to the designated staging area or next phase of production, ensuring proper handling and storage.
  • Clean totes used in the demolding process, ensuring that they are free from residue, debris, and contaminants.
  • Assist in other areas of the manufacturing process as needed, including mixing, dip line, batch processing, packaging, and shipping.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of production tasks.
  • Follow standard operating procedures and work instructions for all assigned tasks.

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow protocols and standards accurately.
  • Ability to accurately document batch processing activities and maintain organized records.
  • Ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines rigorously.
  • Effective communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors.
  • Physical ability to lift and move heavy materials (up to 50 lbs.) and stand for extended periods.
