Job Details

As a Deltek Vantagepoint Project Management and Resource Planning Consultant, you'll engage with clients for system reviews, implementations, upgrades, consultative training, troubleshooting, and optimizing Project Management and Resource Planning modules. You'll present tailored solutions to meet client needs, manage projects, budgets, billing, and explore new service opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough system reviews, providing configuration recommendations and best practices.
• Lead Vantagepoint implementations and upgrades.
• Deliver consultative training.
• Proactively address client issues and collaborate with internal teams.
• Maintain and update project plans and progress in Vision.
• Coordinate custom services for projects.
• Participate in Deltek lead testing, training, and customer programs.
• Collaborate in team meetings, user group meetings, and marketing efforts.
• Provide sales support and assist in developing consulting collateral.
• Review and edit monthly project billing.
• Participate in educational programs for clients, prospects, and employees.

Requirements:

• Deltek Vantagepoint experience required.
• 1-3 years of project management experience, preferably with Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint planning and resource planning modules.
• MUST HAVE Resource Planning module experience
• Familiarity with basic college-level accounting.
• Understanding of Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint accounting processes.
• Deltek Vantagepoint Certification within 30 days of hire; Master Certification preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with implementing Deltek Vision Resource Planning and iAccess PM Workspace.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
• Strong organizational and computer skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Desire for ongoing learning.
• Ability to handle sensitive information.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
• Comfortable working from home and available for travel as needed.
