Delivery Driver

Hamlett Logistics, an Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP), has immediate openings for package delivery drivers in Fenton, MO. If you like working in a fast-paced , fun, & supportive work environment that requires you to solve problems independently (no micro-management, here), then Hamlett Logistics is the place for you.
Delivery Driver Basic Requirements
Eligible to work in the U.S.
Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test.
Must have a valid driver s license & good driving record.
Must be at least 21 years old.
High level of physical activity required throughout the day.
Amazon-branded vehicle provided. Non-CDL delivery driver.
Compensation & Benefits
Associates start at $19.50/hour + safety bonuses.
4 day work week (4 10 hour shifts).
Paid Training.
Paid Overtime and Paid Time Off (PTO)
Health Insurance and Benefits after 30 days.
Delivery Driver Duties and Responsibilities
Driving a van to drop off Amazon packages to customers in your community for approximately 10 hours/day (based on your efficiency and load size).
Enthusiastically providing great customer experiences and positive interactions with the public.
Eagerly getting the job done with a sense of purpose (following safety guidelines, of course).
Using handheld technology to manage deliveries and keep score of your progress.
Typically, working full-time 4 days a week.
Staying active. You can get in anywhere from 20,000 to 25,000 steps during the course of the day.
Giving and getting support from other Hamlett Logistics members, when needed.
