The Delivery Driver is an important member of the store team, and is primarily responsible for: Providing timely and correct parts deliveries to our customers Maintaining a professional attitude, conduct, and appearance Maintaining the delivery vehicle to include cleanliness and maintenance of the vehicle Back up in-store positions when needed Required skills include: Must be at least 18 years old Possess a valid driver's license Ability to work a flexible schedule to include some weekends, evenings and holidays Must enjoy working with people in a fast-paced and exciting environment Auto parts knowledge is a plus and desired Pay and Benefits Package: Pay is $16.28/hr Health Insurance available at reduced premiums Dental Insurance optional Vacation time begins accruing after one year Birthday time begins accruing after one year Bonus time begins accruing after six months 401K available after one year Special employee pricing available from day one We are proud of our NAPA team and ready to share the KnowHow.
