Overview: This position is responsible for maintaining a hospitable, courteous, and efficient manufacturing environment. Duties include a full range of hand-decorating tasks such as applying base icing, piping, and embellishing cakes, pastries, and pies to recreate Master Pastry Chef recipes and designs.
Day in the Life:
Location: Primarily in cake decorating room.
What to Expect: Small-scale assembly line work in a team-oriented environment producing and packaging cakes, pastries and pies.
Qualifications: Qualified candidates have previous decorator experience and the creative ability to produce appealing cake designs.
