Debox Operator

Gossner Foods is a growing family business with three locations across the western United States. With a combined 120 years of cheese making experience, state of the art equipment, and a team of dedicated employees; Gossner Foods is a leader in the dairy industry. What began as a strictly Swiss cheese plant, has expanded until now over 30 varieties of cheeses, and also UHT (Ultra High Temperature) shelf stable milk in a variety of flavors. Primary responsibilities: Must be responsible, Self-motivated and detail oriented. Must be able to complete tasks with minimal supervision. Must safely and efficiently operate forklifts and upload/Load trucks as needed. Must have the ability to learn and understand the cheese grading experience. Will help Debox Operators .Remove Cheese from packaging. Extra pay incentive for weekends work. Must be able to successfully complete a forklift certification test. Promptly Report all safety malfunctions on equipment. Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work environment. Will be placed on an aggressive pay scale with upward potential based to quickly learn and understand the cheese aging and grading process. Will be trained to cover other forklift departments. Requirements: Forklift and warehouse experience (preferred) 18 years old or older Pay: $17.60 - $20.10 Schedule: Monday-Thursdays 6:30 am - 5:30 pm Some fridays We offer great benefits package, including: health, dental, vision, 401k, FSA, quarterly bonus and an employee discounts.
