DEAN Fluor Work Control Coordinator with Security Clearance

WORK CONTROL COORDINATOR: Job Duties and Responsibilities: Managing and maintaining Project files; coordinating work control meetings with project team members Generating daily and week preventative maintenance schedules. Updating work schedules and work logs in Maximo. Working with subcontractors entering all information gathered during subcontractor PMs and corrective maintenance into Maximo. Working with project team in creating, changing and entering work details in to Maximo. May be required to work overtime or varying hours. Verifying and categorizing all work PMs, corrective work tickets and warranty tickets are electronically assigned to the proper owners for repairs to be performed. Job Requirements: At minimum high school diploma or equivalent coupled with three (3) years' experience in a maintenance planner or work control field. Must be able to achieve and maintain a TS/SCI security clearance. Proficient with Microsoft Office products; good organizational skills; and the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. This position is considered sensitive and may require extensive background screening processes in order to meet current or future -Network and/or government contract needs. Desired Skills: Experience working in an industrial environment Previous experience using Maximo or CMMS program. Bachelor's degree preferred. Have finger dexterity in order to manipulate objects with fingers rather than whole hands or arms, for example, using a keyboard.
