Job Summary Job Summary Under direction of the administrator, plans and provides instruction to children who are deaf or hard of hearing and their families. Performs related duties as required. Education: Possession of a Bachelor's degree from an Accredited College or University with major coursework in Education or a related field. License or Certificate: Possession of a valid California special education credential authorizing the teaching of students with a primary disability of deafness or hearing impairment. Comments and Other Information School Year: 185 days per year. Locations: This will be an itinerant position serving students in Mid/North County. MA (pro-rated) stipend $1,500; Doctorate (pro-rated) stipend $400. No benefits are offered for this position.
