This facility is seeking a Telemed Dentist for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details & requirements for this opportunity:

• Schedule: Provider can choose schedule
• Job Setting: Telemedicine
• Types of Cases: General Dentistry consultation
• Credentialing Time Frame: active Medicaid 1-2 weeks, if not active with Medicaid - 30-60 days. Client will cred with Medicaid
