Job Details:

  • Pay Rate: $125 per exam; $70 extra for TMJ
  • Qualifications: DDS/DMD
    • Use own laptop (Mo MAC/Apple products)
  • Facility: Veterans Evaluation Services
    • Use your own office
  • Schedule: Dates: PRN - Ongoing
  • Assignment: Outpatient
    • Medical records review
    • Panoramic x-ray required in some cases
    • Visual examinations only
    • Diagnosis or confirmation of previous diagnoses of oral conditions
    • If claimed TMJ, range of motion in jaw will be measured with a goniometer
    • Completion of a structured form specific to either dental condition or TMJ
    • No treatment, no prescribing
