The DD&T Business Planning Lead will support the office of CDTO and Chief of Staff in enabling the strategy, vision, and governance across DD&T. The DD&T Business Planning Lead will work across DD&T LT, DD&T DPC, and QBR to provide critical transparency and collaboration and support the cascade of strategic priorities across the organization. This role will serve as the central liaison for the office of CDTO and lead special projects. The effectiveness of the role will be regularly measured by the advancement of key strategic priorities, including adherence to timelines, project tracking, and stakeholder satisfaction.

  • Responsible to update/maintain GDDT Vision, strategic direction, long-term planning and coordinate with Head of DD&T strategy.
  • Partner with the DD&T Leads to build global cross functional relationships to maximize the impact of the digital agenda across LOC/BU/BF
  • Develop and manage office of CDTO budget, analyze and find cost saving opportunities, working closely with the financial business partner.
  • Ensure financial plans align with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Develops and manages key relationships across a broad sphere of influence in a matrix organization. Manages the overall relationship between DD&T LT and interacts with them on a regular basis to address issues, manage expectations.
  • Develops organizational policies and authorizes their implementation as well as orchestrate and operationally manage multiple DD&T governance committees, including the QBR/Operations council, DD&T LT, and DD&T DPC including planning and coordination, ensuring follow ups on action items, and recommending optimizations to governance processes.
  • Design and execute quarterly business review process on behalf of the DD&T LT
  • Identify strategic opportunities within the organization and lead the team forward to completion of these initiatives/special projects as well as forging new working relationships and synergies.
  • Responsible for coordinating the DD&T calendar, activating the DD&T vision, and management of the executive administrative services/team and ICC resources across the GDD&T LT.
  • Prepare TET monthly highlights, tracking the OCDTO budget, and tracking KPIs for the office of CDTO.
  • Assist leader with definition of key messages, stakeholder engagement and communication plans, and engaging with and communicating to stakeholders.
  • Keep leader aware of potential conflicts, dependencies, and new developments, and helps the leader assess changes and determine what, if any, actions to take
  • Directs and coaches Executive Admin's, business analyst and ICC resources.
  • Other responsibilities include coordinating CDTO external and internal engagements, trip planning, brief book preparation, and coordinating CDTO participation in internal events such as TLC/GIF/Aspire.
  • Coordinate material creation for recurring meeting / reporting commitments (i.e., LT meetings, leadership updates, CEO Review, key events - Town Halls, etc.) in strong coordination with OCM/communications and other functions providing content.

  • Experience managing teams, owning projects, working with big teams / complex orgs
  • Ability to learn quickly, structure problems, and synthesize complex topics
  • Ability to anticipate challenges / roadblocks and proactively plan to overcome them
  • Strong intellectual capacity with ability to prioritize effectively and manage many projects in parallel
  • Significant exposure to Digital, Data, and Analytics - proficient in running data analytics independently.
  • Excellent conceptual and analytical skills with a track record of building communication materials for senior leaders (including excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills)
  • Strong organization and time management skills

U.S. Base Salary Range:

$169,400.00 - $266,200.00

The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.The actual base salary offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location.


U.S. based employees may be eligible for short-term and/or long-termincentives.
