- Create and maintain an engaging and stimulating curriculum for children
- Supervise and support daycare staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Ensure compliance with state regulations and industry standards
- Maintain accurate records for staff and children, including attendance, enrollment, and progress reports
- Maintain positive relationships with families and promote open communication
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for children
- Oversee budgetary and financial management tasks, including fundraising and grant writing
- Develop, implement, and oversee policies and procedures for the daycare center
