Location: Boulder/Longmont
Required Clearance: Secret U.S. Citizenship Mandatory: Due to our US federal government contract, candidates for this position are required to be a US Citizen and will be subject to a background investigation. Job Description: Maintain operations of multi-user computer systems, virtual computer systems, COTS software products, and perform system administration within the scope of the contract. The DBA and SA Team is responsible for monitoring and correcting system performance issues, backing up and restoring files, patching system and operating system software, maintaining software licenses, and assisting the Information Assurance (IA) Team with account management and system vulnerability management. The DBA will assist the IA team by providing access to system logs, instructions for monitoring user accounts, and identifying and responding to security issues/incidents. Required Skills: Familiar with Red Hat Linux and have database administrator experience preferably with PostgreSQL, MySQL and/or MongoDB.
Be aware of IBM AIX.
Knowledge/experience with CI/CD pipeline systems, virtualization, and software environment development is highly preferred.
Scripting experience
Ability to obtain TS/SCI Security Clearance
