Contract position for 12+ months; contract can be extended; C2H is possible.

Data Security Specialist ( Database Activity Monitoring / Data Retention ) :

- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in database administration and experience working with Imperva Database Activity Monitoring (DAM) solutions.
- Monitor databases and ensure data protection and compliance
- Conduct sensitive data scanning and retention scanning to ensure adherence to retention guidelines
- Collaborate with business partners within the organization to develop scripts for their databases to determine retention policies
- Translate retention policies into Imperva's DAM solution
- Perform retention assessment scans and determine compliance status

Required Skills and Experience :

- Database Administration (DBA), familiarity with various database management systems (e.g., Oracle)
- Proficiency in documenting business requirements and driving process improvements
- Hands-on experience with Database Activity Monitoring / Data Activity Monitoring solutions ( Imperva DAM, ex Imperva SecureSphere )
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance standards
