Data Scientist with Security Clearance

Job Duties: Apply qualitative methods to resolve analytical issues for ONI project initiatives. Research data acquisition opportunities and collaborate with government POCs for exploratory and targeted analyses. Design and develop scalable tools, dashboards, and visualizations for effective data consumption. Identify data needs and employ programming languages and analytic techniques for statistical algorithms, machine learning, and visualizations. Build positive customer relationships, deliver results through reports and presentations, and collaborate with analytic professionals. Required Experience: Bachelor's Degree in IE Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a relevant technical field. Required Skills: Active TS/SCI security clearance. Desired Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in IE Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a relevant field. 3 years practical work experience in data mining, conditioning, and analysis using tools like ESRI ArcGIS, MATLAB, SAS, SPSS Statistics, and/or Hive/Hadoop. 3 years practical work experience in computer programming using Python, JavaScript, IDL, R, and/or C . 1 year work experience with geospatial or imagery data. 1 year practical work experience with database management systems like GeoDB, SQL, MS Access, MS Excel. 2 years writing technical analysis reports.
