Providing insights into the nature, trends and outliers found in large data sources to inform advanced analytics and continuous improvement efforts. Supporting data exploration for the team through visualization and light analytics through tabular and Bayesian methodsnbsp;(Typical tools: SQL, Python, Power BI data flows, Power BI, Stonebranch UAC, Excel)60%. Advanced analysis to produce diagnostic or predictive insights for the organization. Partner with others to prescribe solutions that improve the customer experience. Could include modeling techniques such as NLP, regression analysis, machine learning, semantic analysis, simulation and more. (Typical tools: Python, Power BI, Excel, Stonebranch UAC)10%. Creating useful and insightful visualizations that inform individual performance, supervisory oversight and executive summaries of the customer services39; operationsnbsp;(Typical tools: Power BI Premium)10%.Key Requirements and Technology Experience: Strong background in Power BI SQL Python Strong communications skills background. Graduation from a four-year college or university with a degree in statistics, physics, mathematics, engineering, computer science, or management of information systems.
