Position Summary
- We are seeking a highly motivated and tech-savvy professional to join our team as a Data Science and Analytics Specialist. As a key member of our PMO (Project Management Office), you will assist in building project management capabilities, driving digitalization and automation initiatives, and pioneering innovative solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the PMO lead to identify opportunities for project management capability building, digitalization, and automation.
- Utilize data science and analytics techniques to analyze project data, identify trends, patterns, and insights, and provide actionable recommendations for process improvement and optimization.
- Develop and implement innovative solutions using technology, coding, and power applications to automate project management processes, streamline workflows, and enhance efficiency.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies, tools, and methodologies in data science, analytics, and project management, and recommend and implement relevant solutions.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of project management frameworks, methodologies, and best practices, incorporating data-driven approaches.
- Provide training and support to team members on data analysis techniques, tools, and technologies, promoting a culture of data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, objectives, and success criteria, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategic initiatives.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management practices, digitalization strategies, and automation initiatives.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Data Science, Analytics, Project Management, or a related discipline.
- Strong passion for data science, analytics, and technology, with a desire to contribute to the future of project management.
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
- Proficiency in coding languages such as Python, R, or SQL, with experience in developing tools and automating workflows.
- Knowledge of power applications such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or Tableau for data analysis and visualization.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies, frameworks, and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Proactive and self-driven mindset, with the ability to take initiative and drive projects forward.
- Experience with data analysis, statistical modelling, and machine learning techniques is a plus.
Knowledge of project management software and tools is desirable.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in project management, data analysis, or a related field.
- Experience in utilizing data science and analytics techniques to drive insights and process improvements.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing digitalization and automation initiatives.
- Experience with project management methodologies and frameworks.
