Data Management Manager with Security Clearance

Manages seven Data Management Analysts across MCTP. Also serves as a lead analyst on an Operations
Group conducting the following functions. Data Management Analyst supports Army Warfighter Exercise (WFX) technical engineering, training facilitator, and Army training audience end user teams as each communicates and documents, plans, and executes means to fulfill data requirements and maximize data utility. Whether generating the scenario for the next WFX, planning data mining tasks in support of observer-controller/trainers, or supporting training audience operators configure their data systems to receive data from the simulation, the analyst works closely with end users of the data to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and completeness. Towards that end, the analyst leads or participates in facilitation sessions to gather requirements; and builds logical models and templates for data entry, archive, and retrieval. The analyst also works alongside Technical Support Team engineers to refine and verify the overall data architecture, and frequently reviews and reports project metrics to the customer to benchmark the effectiveness of the specific data management process being followed. Works closely with Warfighters' Simulation (WARSIM) database administrators, developers, and local technical services engineers to ensure that WFX modeling is accurately supported in simulation systems. Participates in planning
teams and post-WFX technical after-action reviews to develop best practices; ensure data standards are upheld; and resolve naming, modeling template, and other issues. Works across multiple data projects to ensure consistency of support to MCTP. The data management analyst promotes the sharing and reuse of valid data across exercises. Basic Qualifications: Previous experience with Army Mission Command Systems. Ability to acquire and
maintain a secret clearance. Ability to travel world wide in support of the mission. Desired Qualifications: 10
