Data Management Analyst Job Category: Information Technology Time Type: Full time Minimum Clearance Required to Start: Secret Employee Type: Regular Percentage of Travel Required: Up to 25% Type of Travel: Local CACI seeking a Data Management Analyst to support the US Navy DDG 51 Class Shipbuilding Program in Bath, Maine. Applicants with active Secret clearance preferred. You must have the ability to work in an industrial environment and be physically capable to climb ladders to move between a DDG 51 Class ship's compartments and participate in at-sea ship trials. What You'll Get to Do: Candidate will support the US Navy DDG 51 Class Shipbuilding Program and provide Ship Production Management and Database Management professional support services to the Supervisor of Shipbuilding in Bath, Maine. The position requires strong analytical and database management skills with attention to details to properly record shipbuilding contract documentation. Collect, archive, and conduct real-time/initial evaluation of shipyard production metrics. Provide CDRL and contract documentation scheduling, tracking, receipt, distribution, and coordination. Utilize database to track, store, and status all changes, Trial Cards, Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs), CDRLs, Drawings, Production Planning Documents (PPDs), Serial Letters, Work Specifications, Technical Manuals, and other technical and contract related documents. Retrieve electronic data submittals from Shipbuilder Integrated Data Environment (IDE) and other web-based data sites. Provide quarterly input for Shipbuilding Production Reviews related to Database Management Tasks. Prepare for and participate in trial card screening conferences. You'll Bring These Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related discipline and 0-3 years' work experience. Ability to provide program and analytical support including: Project scheduling. Data collection, metrics, and analysis. Develop, update, and maintain program plans and other related documentation. Prepare meeting minutes, briefings, and other required reports. Develop and maintain action item databases. Coordinate and facilitate meetings. Ability to communicate (orally and in writing) effectively and interface with customers and other outside agencies. Proficient with Microsoft Office products. Secret Security Clearance must be obtainable. These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have: Previous work in a Navy Shipbuilding Program Office supporting production management.
