OVERVIEW OF THE DATA ENTRY SPECIALIST ROLE:
- The Data Entry Specialist will backup Accounting Coordinators with data entry:
- Accurately key data from reporting & spreadsheets into accounting system
- Accurately key data from reporting and sources into spreadsheets
- Discretely and accurately key data, including payroll data, as required
- The Data Entry Specialist may assist with light reconciliations and/or invoice keying as needed
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR DATA ENTRY SPECIALIST ROLE:
- Data Entry Specialist must have strong 10-key skills
- General accounting experience sufficient to complete the tasks listed above
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Preferred candidate will have a keen eye for detail and disposition to work with others
