Job Title Data Engineering Tech Lead

Relevant Experience (in Yrs) 10 -14 years

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

1. Strong communication

2. Has closely worked with Business users in understanding their requirements and processes

3. Working knowledge of python, Pyspark , ETLs , Data loading Strategies - Ability to code and Troubleshoot

4. Solid understanding of data designing principles - Star Schema, Snowflake schema and Data vault 2.0

5. Solid SQL understanding and ability to code and troubleshoot

6. Good Understanding of Snowflake database and the associated data structures

7. Good understanding of AWS and Snowflake implementation on top of AWS

8. Understanding of Automotive finance - Nice to have

9. Strong Strong Presentation skills

Should be local to Dallas and mode will be hybrid.

10. Strong knowledge working in Agile, creating JIRA features and stories.

Experience Required 10 + years

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Technical Lead of Data Engineering Team

2. Managing New business requirements, technical design and delivery

3. Leading Agile delivery, JIRA story creation, Sprint planning, Sprint Demo

4. Release Planning related to team.

5. Production Incident Management

6. Help team in technical issues, new development and troubleshooting the issues.

7. Work closely with business to understand their requirement and bridge the GA between business and development team.

8. Demonstrate good domain knowledge (Risk Legal and compliance)
