Data Engineer

Pay Range: $61.63/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

Create accountability tools such as scorecards and performance reviews that focus on KPIs that monitor and drive delivery

Create insightful executive-level and frontline dashboards using data visualization tools

Locate and extract data from a variety of sources for use in analysis, models, and project development

Develop and improve automated reports and analyses to support senior divisional leaders and business units

Understand drivers of the KPIs through various analyses and work closely with the business team to create solutions

Present findings to business leadership

Practice safety-conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

3+ years of experience in analysis, information science, data visualization, or other relevant quantitative field preferred

Track record of previous experience with creating and developing BI dashboards, excel reports, working with and developing data models

Power BI and SQL, Microsoft Excel experience are a prerequisite

Direct experience communicating with stakeholders, delivering projects end-to-end, and working collaboratively to drive improvement in the overall analytical support of Client operations worldwide

Must be comfortable working in group and individual settings.

Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles.

Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.

Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.

Successful candidates will also have familiarity and/or experience with some or all of the following: SAS, R, Tableau, Qlik, Spotfire or other database interface tools and languages

Experience working with REST APIs, Postman will be beneficial

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Science, Business/Management, Mathematics/Statistics, Economics, or other relevant quantitative field

Previous experience in reporting and analytics roles

Previous experience in a Program Management or Program Delivery Organization

Previous experience and understanding of Agile Delivery Frameworks
