Responsibilities Millennium Corporation is hiring a Data Engineer III to work onsite in Ft Belvoir, VA. All candidates MUST have an active secret clearance to qualify for consideration. Assembling large, complex sets of data that meet non-functional and functional business requirements. Identifying, designing and implementing internal process improvements including re-designing infrastructure for greater scalability, optimizing data delivery, and automating manual processes. Building required infrastructure for optimal extraction, transformation and loading of data from various data sources using Azure, AWS and Google technologies Building analytical tools to utilize the data pipeline, providing actionable insight into key business performance metrics including operational efficiency and customer acquisition. Working with stakeholders including data, design, product and executive teams and assisting them with data-related technical issues Working with stakeholders including the Executive, Product, Data and Design teams to support their data infrastructure needs while assisting with data-related technical issues. Qualifications Candidate must have an active secret clearance. Bachelor's Degree and total 10 years of experience. Data Engineering certification desired. Business Development Assist with Business Development activities as required to support Millennium's strategic business objectives, which may include but not limited to participation in technical interviews, creation of technical documentation, general proposal writing support and proposal color reviews. Physical Requirements Must be comfortable with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 10-15 pounds at a time.
