PAY RANGE: $89.00 - $99.00/hr

TOP 3 SKILLS:

Experience working with large and complex data structures and develop efficient queries to create calculated fields and data aggregates.

Experience designing and developing dashboards using PowerBI. Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform a plus.

Proficient in data platforms/systems (such as SQL, Databricks, Anaplan, IBM Planning Analytics), ETL tools (such as Alteryx, SnapLogic), process automation, and standardization.

COMPANY:

Our client a Fortune 500 Software Organization is seeking a Data Engineer 4 to bring onto the team.

Duties:

Responsible for the strategy and execution of financial and analytics dashboards and ensuring scalability of systems and processes.

Develop data pipelines, connections, and infrastructure to better enable forecasting and data science modelling.

Correct data errors via systematic, logical fixes and provide updates within the data pipelines, connections and infrastructures that are built to support the teams.

Accountable for ad-hoc support & participation in critical business analytics and key project support as directed by management.

Partner closely with IT, Finance Systems, and Finance counterparts to improve planning and reporting processes.

Skills:

Multiple years of experience working with large and complex data structures and develop efficient queries to create calculated fields and data aggregates.

Multiple years of proven experience designing and developing dashboards using PowerBI. Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform a plus.

Proficient in data platforms/systems (such as SQL, Databricks, Anaplan, IBM Planning Analytics), ETL tools (such as Alteryx, SnapLogic), process automation, and standardization.

Relevant experience in data science and analytics in creating/maintaining financial dashboards.

Self-starter with high attention to details, excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to take charge, set objectives, and deliver results.
