Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver top-notch analytics solutions
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable data systems
- Lead and mentor a team of data scientists, engineers, and analysts
- Develop high-performance algorithms and predictive models
- Research new data acquisition opportunities
- Serve as a data analytics subject matter expert
- Develop and propose new solutions to meet customer needs
- Integrate new technologies into existing systems
- Ensure data reliability, efficiency, and quality
- Oversee data pipeline deployment and maintenance

- Uphold data governance and security standards
- Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 8+ years of experience in data analytics or engineering
- 3+ years of management experience leading and mentoring data analysts and data scientists
- Proficiency in SQL databases and ETL principles
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Strong programming skills in Python or Java
- Familiarity with machine learning algorithms is a plus
- Knowledge of data modeling, governance, quality, security and storage techniques
- Understanding of DevOps practices
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
