Manage the end-to-end process of marketing campaign test, including designing test, executing test plan, measuring test performance, communicating results, and providing guidance to all level stakeholders. Maintain automated reporting of current business operating metrics, with a focus on developing the capability to provide actionable revenue impactful insight. Provide timely insights and analytical support to different internal business stakeholders, including segment marketing, marketing operation, merchandising, sales, and more to support effective business decision-making. Process and manipulate large amount of data from multiple databases. Develop scripts to run routine jobs automatically to cut down manual processes to improve efficiency. Assist in UAT of data mapping, metrics validation, and promoting user adoption. Build relationships and works cross functionally with Marketing, Operations and Sales teams. Define testing and learning objectives with business partners to build A/B Test designs and develop solutions for data and reporting needs including pre-test analysis and synthesizing the results and recommendations. Develop analytics framework to support the business problems from data acquisition to creating measurement methodology and tracking metrics. Develop dashboards to provide insights and actionable information. Explain complex measurement concepts and analytical results through use of visualization and storytelling. Position is fixed location based in Framingham office, however, telecommuting from a home office may also be allowed.

40 hours/week, 9:00am-5:00pm.
Three (3) years of experience in an Analyst role or related occupation working with data and business analytics.

Must have three (3) years of experience in each of the following (experience may be gained concurrently):
- Data analysis, using quantitative analytics tools: SQL and Python
- Relational databases and big data structure
- Identifying and diagnosing data inconsistences and errors to reconcile data from multiple sources
- Data structuring, quantitative reasoning, and mathematical analysis to examine and interpret data
- Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint for data extraction, manipulation, and communication

Must have one (1) year of experience in each of the following (experience may be gained concurrently):
- Email and Direct Mail Marketing Operations
- Data driven marketing, campaign analysis and customer analytics
- Hadoop, Azure Data bricks, and Git
- Tableau
Requires a Masters degree in Statistics or a directly related field
