We are currently looking for a Part Time 38 CYC Specialist to join our Chickasaw Youth Club Sulphur Team team located at the Chickasaw Youth Clubs - Sulphur working .

Summary:
The CYC Specialist will work to serve the members of the Chickasaw Youth Club and perform all essential job functions.

Responsibilities:
Provides first class customer service - courteous and helpful to all internal and external customer types

- Partners with internal and external services as needed to ensure appropriate referral is made

- Shares responsibilities for maintaining adequate supplies and equipment
- Maintains general upkeep of work area and maintains a safe environment

- Punctual and consistent in meeting start time, work schedule, attendance and other assigned work time metrics
- Adheres to Chickasaw Nation dress code standards
- May provide break coverage for others as assigned
- May augment staff in other areas as needed based on staffing and needs ratio in regularly assigned unit
Maintain knowledge of and follow all laws, rules, regulations, policies and SOPs for assigned area, e.g. MICS, TICS, hospital standards, health codes, food sanitation, accounting principles, etc.
Assists with organizing the planning process for strategic growth of all current and developing programs, inclusive of planning, implementation and expansion of programs and services, as well as other entities within the department
Ensures the cleanliness and enforces rules within the Chickasaw Youth Clubs
Reports weekly and monthly to the manager
Employee speaks frequently to schools, community organizations, churches, youth groups, etc. to provide standard program information
Treats all students with respect and maintains a cooperative attitude with other employees to facilitate quality customer services
Manages confidential documents, keeps records and is responsible for correspondence. Updates club membership tracking records continuously
Assists with other departments and their programs and services
Supervises all youth members in assigned area
Plans and implements programs to different age groups in areas such as education, social recreation, art & crafts and physical education using the youth development strategy
Evaluates and records programs for desired youth development outcomes
Attends yearly training and events to learn about educational and recreational programs
Assists with cash management of club's dues and fees, including incoming and outgoing funds and deposits
All other duties as assigned
