Cybersecurity SME/Instructor with Security Clearance

Description: Leyden Solutions, Inc. is looking for an experienced high performing content development and delivery SME/Instructor to support the continuously changing security environment, which drives the need to develop and update training content. The SME/Instructors shall provide technical expertise in instruction, in formal classrooms or via distance learning courses, as well as subject matter expertise in cybersecurity. This includes working with program leads, management, and technical staff in the design, conversion, development, and delivery of training and certification projects, curricula, and products. New development and maintenance may consist of eLearning asynchronous courses, Virtual Instructor-led courses, short format eLearning, Instructor-led training, and performance support tools. Clearance: Active Top Secret required Location: Linthicum Heights, MD / Hybrid (Remote and at Client Site) Minimum Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university and at least two (2) years of experience associated with cybersecurity and program implementation and operation
OR
In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, five (5) years of experience in cybersecurity program implementation and operation
• Mastery of the knowledge, skills, and policy related to cybersecurity and relevant work experience in this area of subject matter expertise

• DODM 8570.01 IAM Level III certification Preferred Qualifications:
• 2 years Experience as an instructor to adult learners, in a formal classroom or via distance learning courses, related to DOD Security Policy
