Paragon Cyber Solutions (2023 Small Business of the Year) has an immediate opening for someone seeking an exciting and dynamic career as a Cybersecurity Engineer while supporting critical global operations for the launch-test range while developing and delivering solutions to meet the needs of the US Space Force and their customers. This opportunity designs, develops, modifies, evaluates, and implements new and existing Telemetry hardware systems, leading the technical aspects of a multi-disciplined project team. Active Secret Clearance Essential Functions Responsible for, support of, and coordinating with other Engineers, Architects, and teams in implementing a comprehensive cloud and application cybersecurity program in a DevSecOps environment.
Hands on experience with ESXi, VMWare, Linux, Windows AD, SCAP, and remediating STIG findings.
Review, assess, and create documentation including Statement of Objectives (SOO)
Experience in implementing and enforcing application cybersecurity and vulnerability management. Perform other duties as assigned. Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Five (5) years or more of Cybersecurity related experience.
Understanding of RMF, eMASS, POA&Ms, ACAS, and Vulnerability Management.
Experience conducting Information Systems vulnerability assessment, risk mitigation, and application of mitigation strategies. DoD 8570 IAT II or IAM II Certified (Security+ CE or equivalent) required at higher. Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision).
