Cyber Operations Director with Security Clearance

Position Summary This is a senior leadership position on the BGI Executive Management Team. The Director of Cyber Operations is responsible for corporate responsibilities as outlined in the Job Responsibilities paragraph and serves as the conduit to corporate vision and execution to every employee. This Director position is integral to the development and execution of plans and procedures for the company and is responsible for supporting mission accomplishment for all facets of cyber operations. Director designation is a recognition of authority and responsibility within the organization with uniquely assigned roles and responsibilities for information technology, cyber operations, and cybersecurity. Job Responsibilities As the Director of Cyber Operations, you are responsible for high-performance teams responsible for all aspects of company computer and information systems, network architecture, software development, database development, web development, information security, and cybersecurity policies. Cyber Operations is a multi-disciplinary functional process area that includes all people and resources needed to manage traditional Information Technology (IT) services, and DoD compliant Cyber Defense programs to ISO9001:2015 and CMMC standards. The IT process area is also responsible for developing corporate competencies and supporting P&L business units. Required and/or Preferred Qualifications BS in Information Technology or Cybersecurity (or equivalent)
Relevant certifications (ex: CISSP)
Familiarity with applicable FAR/DFARS, CMMC 2.0, NIST standards, 32 CFR NISPOM, ISO9001:2015
Azure GCC-High infrastructure (Entra identity, virtualization, storage & VPN)
M365 Platform including Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, etc.
Power Platform (Flow, Power Apps and Power BI)
Hyper Converged Infrastructure using Linux
Computer and Information Systems Manager
Computer Network Architect
Software Developer
Database Architect
Web Developer
Project Management
Information Security Analyst Must possess or have the ability to obtain Secret Security Clearance
