Customer Service Technician

Position requires vocational or technical high school with a focus on electronics, electrical and electrical technology, or related field. Will accept the foreign educational equivalent. 3 years of experience as a customer service technician or in a related occupation. This experience must include 3 years of experience with each of the following: Performing installation, providing customer support, and conducting training on automated guided vehicle (AGV) systems; Serving as an onsite commissioner for AGV installation projects, and Utilizing IEC61131-3 Programming Industrial Automation software for AGV systems. In addition, position requires 1 year of experience wiring cables for AGV systems.
