CUSTOMER/SALES SUPPORT AT MANUFACTURING COMPANY NEAR DAYTON, NEW JERSEY AREA.
- Facilitate accurate communication between company and customers, domestic and international.
- Create and process invoices.
- Provide product descriptions and shipping quotes; pricing and shipping information.
- Preparation of documents required for shipping both national and international. Interpret bids/tenders and product specifications, be able to specify the correct products based on descritpions provided by customers.
- Be flexible and adaptable.
- This position will grow to encompass additional responsibilities as your training and experience progress, including supporting the general office staff and functions.
Requirements:
- Competency in Microsoft Suite
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Quickbooks and NetSuite
- Knowledge of scientific equipment a plus
