Divergent is a business consulting firm primarily focused on customer support and sales in the San Diego area. We are looking for a Team Lead to help expand our customer support and sales team. We are responsible for developing teams to increase customer acquisition and sales margins. These Team Leads will be trained from the entry-level up to understand all aspects of running a business. Our mission at our firm is to bridge the gap between the product and the consumer with our professionally trained team.
Team Leads Duties and Responsibilities:
- Achieve and exceed sales and marketing goals
- Drive customer preference for our client's products and loyalty to their brands
- Ensure timely and accurate, two-way communication between the clients and the customer
- Effective and efficient territory management, leading to customer segmentation and customer partnership for the achievement of sales goals
- Enhance distributor business and profitability
