Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Job Description:
- Manage the escalated service requests of customers through different access channels.
- Take Inbound calls for customers calling into Escalations department. Route to appropriate area and or open a new case/complaint or escalate current case/complaint.
- Work flow daily 15- 20 calls and 40- 50 complaints overall to work and resolve
- Act as a customer advocate
- Thorough understanding of the general/technical aspects of the job.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Superior communication skills both written and verbal
- Experience in customer facing role either remote or face to face
- Experience in de-escalations with upset customers
- Computer proficiency
Location: Rio Rancho, NM
Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $26,900 - $31,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
