Key Responsibilities - Customer Service RepresentativeAfter completing required on-site paid training to ensure success, you will:
- Answer inbound calls from existing customers
- Respond to service-related questions and resolve any customer concerns
- Handle billing-related questions, take payments, and assist customers with payment options
- Receive inbound calls, create notifications, perform account maintenance, and input data
- Document customer notes on accounts
- Receive processing outage and emergency calls within company and regulatory guidelines
- Utilize independent analysis and judgement resolving customer concerns
- Handle all emotional conversations in a calm, courteous and professional manner
- Analyze and resolve customer inquiries
