Customer Service Representative

Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Field Representative. As a Field Representative, you will be responsible for scheduling appointments and promoting our solar products to potential customers. This is an outside sales role that requires excellent communication skills, strong leadership abilities, and a passion for sales and helping homeowners save. Duties: - Conduct calls and to educate potential customers about our solar products and services - Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and generate repeat business - Provide accurate and detailed information about our solar products, including pricing, installation process, and benefits - Collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets - Utilize software to track leads, manage customer information, and update sales progress Requirements: - Previous experience in solar sales or outside sales is preferred, but NOT required - Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus - Strong leadership skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in using software applications such as Salesforce or similar CRM systems We offer competitive compensation and benefits package for this position.
