Seeking a strong customer service representative with some knowledge of sales processes or has previously worked as a sales support customer service representative. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity.
Payrate: $19 - $20/hr.
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. with some flexibility to come in early and leave earlier
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

Prospecting/New Business Development Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Must learn the ABRAMS values and vision in order to properly represent our company.
- Maintaining a CRM system in order to properly document and track customer contacts and information.
- Conducting market research to identify potential customers and generate new leads.
- Cultivating strong relationships with new customers while maintaining existing client relationships.
- Work closely with other team members in order to implement growth strategies and assure consistent, excellent customer service.
- Ability to analyze sales data to recognize and capitalize on trends.
- Basic understanding of products offered in order to identify customer needs.
- Answer customer questions regarding products, availability and credit terms via phone or email.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with all levels of staff and management inside and outside the company.
- Ability to sit for 8 hours per day.
- Willing to make 100-150 calls per day.
