Customer Service Representative

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

As a Customer Service Representative, you enjoy finding solutions to better serve our taxpayers. Responsibilities include:

• Answer phones in a busy call-center environment
• Maintain positive & timely communication with customers
• Use problem solving skills to answer difficult taxpayer inquiries
• Exhibit patience & understanding when handling taxpayer issues
• Navigate & research between numerous accounts & software programs
• Meet personal, company, & client production goals

SCHEDULE + LOCATION:

• Start Date: May 28th or June 3, 2024
• Full-time schedule
  • Monday - Friday, 8 am - 4:30 pm
  • No weekends.
• On-site in our Bangor, PA office
  • Once released from initial trainings ( 4 months), hybrid (office/remote) work environment is available for this position as business needs dictate and if performance is maintained

• $15.20/hour + monthly bonus opportunity on top of hourly rate.

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1-3 months related experience and/or training
• Excellent attitude
• Computer and keyboarding skills
• Willingness to learn a wealth of Pennsylvania tax information
• Prior clerical experience and/or customer service experience is helpful, but not required

Compensation details: 15.2-15.2 Hourly Wage
