Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Miami, FL

Pay: $16 - $18 per hour
In need of a Customer Service Representative, with excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound and outbound phone calls
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email
- Assist customers with order placement, modifications, and cancellations
- Ability to Investigate and resolve customer issues
Requirements:
- Experience working in a Call Center
- Excellent communication
- Bilingual is a must (ENGLISH and SPANISH)
