SNI Companies has partnered in hiring a Customer Service Professional for a leading information services company in Downtown Denver. The company is in a huge growth mode offering SAAS based services to their clients nationwide. A summary of the responsibilities includes:

  • Handling around 50-70 calls/day, depending on the volume of the season.
  • Variation of inbound calls and responding to tickets/ emails/ live chats.
  • Having a very low error margin when it comes to data input and information reporting. This is an essential position when it comes to students or medical professionals obtaining employment or getting admitted into schools.
  • Being the first point of contact for most individuals, maintaining a stellar reputation.

Qualifications:

  • Applicant must have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to ideally type 35+ WPM and can competently navigate multiple programs at once (2 Screens).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft and Google Suite a necessity
  • Ability to work independently as well as with a team. Also, a drive to help customers is essential.

Compensation & Benefits:
This position begins at $19/hr but can pay higher based on skills and experience. Insurance, and other benefit options that are offered include:
