We are immediately hiring 5-6 Customer Enrollment Representatives to join our Greenville office. We urgently need to expand our government-funded telecommunications campaign that provides local communities with an opportunity to stay connected to one another, their families, and job opportunities by using accessible and affordable communication tools. The main objective of the Customer Enrollment Representative is to qualify and enroll potential customers and assist them through the sign-up process.

As the Customer Enrollment Representative, you will communicate and work with local community members directly, qualify them for the available telecommunication products, and explain the value and impact these peace of mind products can have. In addition, you are responsible for generating interest and excitement and helping connect the customer to this government-funded program. We are looking for a passionate, caring Customer Enrollment Representative who can build quick, genuine relationships with customers and has a strong desire to join a company where you can make a difference both in the office and in our local communities.
What You'll Do as a Customer Enrollment Representative:
- Engage prospective enrollees in the local community, educate them about the government-funded program, and assist them through the qualification and sign-up process
- Drive a high level of self-generated lead activity to create a referral pipeline
- Collaborate with fellow Customer Enrollment Representatives and the customer service team to learn best practices and develop streamlined outreach and marketing methods
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the entire sign-up process, as well as continuing to offer support even after enrolled in the program
- Actively contribute to a positive, engaging work environment by collaborating and maintaining professional, friendly relationships across all teams and departments
