Entry-level Customer Service Representative Duties:
- Maintain the highest levels of direct customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude
- Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high volume, production environment
- Consistently adhere to business procedures and sales guidelines
- Product knowledge and Client Acquisition
- Take direction from the Operational Manager or Sales Account Director
- Maintain all logs and reporting documentation; attention to detail
- Participate in sales cross-training and perform other duties as assigned
