About the Company and Opportunity:
- CFS is working with one of our top clients to identify Customer Service professionals.

Overview of the Customer Service Representative role:
- Provide high quality customer service to customers in a fast-paced environment requiring the ability to multitask and compare data while speaking with customers
- Communicate with customers via telephone, email, mail, or in-person
- Assist customers with comments, complaints, and questions
- Entering purchase orders accurately and efficiently into the company's database or ERP system, ensuring all necessary information is recorded correctly.
- Open and close accounts
Preferred Qualifications for the Customer Representative Specialist:
- High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Friendly, positive attitude and strong customer service skills
- Ability to multitask, and to maintain speed and accuracy during data entry
