Customer Service Representative

About the Company and Opportunity:

  • CFS is working with one of our top clients to identify Customer Service professionals.
  • Work in the newly remodeled, spacious, customer service office.
  • Receive excellent training and support from the shift leads and supervisors.

Overview of the Customer Service Representative role:

  • Provide high quality customer service to customers in a fast-paced environment requiring the ability to multitask and compare data while speaking with customers
  • Communicate with customers via telephone, email, mail, or in-person
  • Assist customers with comments, complaints, and questions
  • Entering purchase orders accurately and efficiently into the company's database or ERP system, ensuring all necessary information is recorded correctly.
  • Open and close accounts

Preferred Qualifications for the Customer Representative Specialist:

  • High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Friendly, positive attitude and strong customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask, and to maintain speed and accuracy during data entry
