Position: Customer Service Account Associate
Position Summary
Responsible for processing information and correspondence associated with customers and their requirements, data interpretation and input, customer service complaints and general department/office functions.
FLSA Status: 40Hr - Salary w/ OT

Reports to: Manager of Sales and Marketing
Specific Educational/ Vocational Requirements:
- High school diploma, GED, or vocational training.
- College Degree preferred.
- A combination of education, experience, and training may be substituted for these requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Process invoices and customer orders accurately and promptly.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently.
- Access customer websites for order details.
- Maintain organized documentation and records.
- Provide reception and mail coverage when needed.
- Assist Sales Manager with research and promotions.
- Perform other assigned tasks.
Skills/Abilities:
- Dependable and self-motivated.
- Strong problem-solving and time management abilities.
- Maintains a safe and tidy work environment.
- Adheres to company policies and safety standards.
- Professional and approachable demeanor.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Pay: Schedule: - Monday-Friday
