We are looking for a Customer Service Associate who will play a crucial role in ensuring the long-term success of our clients. The associate will be responsible for developing relationships within their assigned parameters and connecting directly with key decision-makers. They will also connect customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our product and service solutions according to customer needs.
Job Duties of the Customer Service Associate:

Execute day-to-day sales, marketing, customer service, and campaign management in person through direct customer interaction

Excel in training, beginning at the Entry Level and moving toward a management position . We believe in promoting from within and providing our employees with the tools they need to succeed.

Manage the implementation and delivery of a key client's activity, maximizing performance, return on investment, and identifying the opportunity to expand sales

Own all problem-solving, troubleshooting, client campaign requests, media planning, and key implementations
