The Customer Relations Support Specialist II (Mortgage Servicing) will track, research, and respond to customer requests primarily through written correspondence and at times though outbound calls resulting in customer resolution and satisfaction.
Responsibilities Include:
- Work effectively and efficiently with customers who have varying degrees of product and technical proficiency
- Provides customer support to customers mainly through written correspondence and phone, when necessary
- Handles and resolves customer inquiries/concerns
- Respond to all customers within assigned service levels and take ownership of resolving customer issues
- Consults with Customer Service Representatives on non-complex issues to learn through experience
- Provide guidance and mentoring to less experienced customer service associates within department
- Assist management with special projects as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- 2+ years of Customer Service experience
- 2+ years of Mortgage Servicing experience
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Provide quality interactions with internal and external sources
- Excellent customer service
- Good organizational skills
- Solid analytical skills
- Execute and prioritize multiple tasks
