Responsibilities of a Customer Event Representative:

  • Engage in all team meetings, round tables, and training sessions while being supportive of management's needs
  • Be the connection between the customer, client, and our Customer Service and Sales Representative team at in-person retail events
  • Must feel comfortable in a face-to-face and high-volume customer environment. This position does not include cold calling or digital sales
  • Responsible for using their best sales skills to open and close accounts
  • Make a lasting impact on customers and make sure they leave the interaction with a positive experience
  • Explaining the advantages and functions of products, method of preparation, and how to use them to achieve the best results
