Summary CTC Group is seeking a Customer Engagement Systems Engineer to provide subject matter expertise, outreach, and engagement with leadership, mission partners, and solution providers to align requirements, resources, and solutions to enhance the Global Geolocation Infrastructure. Individuals will provide liaison support between system owners and COCOM level entities to support the deployment, fielding, operations and sustainment of program SI systems. Information and tools provided by this team are leveraged by the Intelligence Community as well as forward deployed military assets to assess and affect the operational environment. Responsibilities Participate in customer engagement and outreach activities working with stakeholders across contract vehicles, agency organizations, the military, foreign partners, and the IC.
Provide reporting to customer, management, engineering leads, and product teams.
Work closely with the customers, product users, and product owners to understand the mission drivers/needs and communicate them to development teams.
Identify dependencies across requirements and customers in multiple organizations for product development as well as collaboration toward a comprehensive customer engagement strategy.
Work with mission stakeholders to define needs/requirements.
Identify milestone dates for deliveries and track delivery timelines.
Help refine and implement a comprehensive customer engagement strategy.
Requirements Active TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance
Demonstrated experience communicating with and advising stakeholders at various levels regarding operations, geolocation systems and geolocation missions.
Prior experience with cross platform geolocation mission use cases and applicable workflows
Ability to apply critical thinking to information and recommend appropriate actions.
Experience working with software deployment teams, agile methodologies and the ability to create epics, functional requirements, and user stories.
Ability to meet with customers and identify their needs, derive requirements, and align those with the appropriate products or applications.
Experience managing system requirements and derived requirements to ensure the delivery of products and systems that are compatible with the system architecture(s).
Experience working with the Atlassian tool suite to track requirements (JIRA & Confluence).
Desired Skills Functional understanding of military SIGINT and Geolocation systems
Ability to coordinate end users to further the geolocation mission
Basic understanding of data formats (i.e., XML) and flows
Familiarity with the JICD 4.2
Level 1 Experience Requirements A Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering or a related discipline OR at least 5 years of related systems engineering experience. Why CTC Group?
